Bertha Alice Grayson Mastin, 80, of Erlanger, passed away on Thursday, April 18 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. She was born in Mt. Olivet on Feb. 16, 1944, to the late James Lesley and Bertha Rosemond Bruin Grayson.
Besides her parents, Bertha was also preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Bertha is survived by her husband of 60 years, Raymond Edward Mastin; son, Brian Mastin; daughter, Beth (Karl) Saathoff; brothers, Joe (Jackie) Grayson, Johnny (Donna) Grayson; a sister, Garnetta (Jerry) Moose; grandchildren, Brayden Mastin, Seth Mastin, Zachary (Maddi) Saathoff, Benjamin (Hailey) Saathoff and Nate Saathoff.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 24 at noon at Ware Funeral Home in Cynthiana. A visitation will be prior to the service, from 11 a.m. until noon. Burial will be following services at Battle Grove Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
