Traffic Cases
Jan. 11-Dep. Michael Thomas worked a single-vehicle accident on US 27, five miles south of Cynthiana. James R. Fletcher, Falmouth, was unable to avoid striking a large dog in the roadway.
Jan. 7-Dep. Jordan Scott worked single-vehicle accident on KY 36, 8.4 miles NW of Cynthiana. Brooklyn A. McFarland ran off the right side of the roadway, hit a road sign, a Bell South utility pole and then a fence.
Jan. 6-Dep. Tony Fields worked a single-vehicle accident on KY 392, 9.6 miles east of Cynthiana. Alyson J. Swartz, Sadieville, was unable to avoid striking a deer in the roadway.
Jan. 6-Dep. Josh Puckett worked a single-vehicle accident on KY 32, one mile east of Cynthiana. Logan S. Parton, Carlisle, lost control in a curve and ran off the opposing side of the roadway, through a wire fence.
Jan. 5-Lt. Joe Daniel worked a single-vehicle accident on Salem Pike, eight miles east of Cynthiana. Angel K. Ritchie lost control of her vehicle in loose gravel just off the right side of the road and ran off the roadway.
Jan. 3-Dep. Ray Johnson worked a single-vehicle accident on US 62, 8.5 miles east of Cynthiana. Carley Turner, Mt. Olivet, said she was unable to avoid hitting a large white dog in the roadway. Damage was done to the front of her vehicle, but the dog could not be found.
CASE REPORTS
Jan. 6-Dep. Tony Fields took a report from Kevin Martin and Ravyn Price who both stated that IPOs, of which both are petitioners, are being violated by Chellsea McCord Webber, the respondent in those IPOs, thru social media. They claim there was a provision of those IPOs by and through Family Court Judge Heather Fryman, preventing social media contacts.
Jan. 6-Dep. Josh Puckett took a report from Brandy Franklin who stated that someone had broken out a window in her home which had injured her dog.
Jan. 4-Dep. Tony Fields was dispatched to Jones Lane for an animal complaint, along with Animal Control. Casie Bruin said a neighbors Great Pyrenees dog was on her property and was acting aggressively toward her. She said the dog belongs to Corey Ward and had bred one of her dogs against her wishes. She said Mr. Ward was aware of the situation and agreed to keep the dog off of her property, but the dog continues to come back.
CITATIONS
Jan. 9-Dep. Jordan Scott served a criminal summons from Harrison District Court to Amber Hearn on charges of theft by unlawful taking. Ms. Heard is charged with accepting payments from customers as a cashier at the Shell Apple Market and keeping the money for herself. The amount of money she allegedly kept amounted to $568.48, accumulated on eight different occasions.
Jan. 9-Dep. Ray Johnson served an arrest warrant from Nicholas Circuit Court to Julie Bussell, Carlisle, for a probation violation

Jan. 6-Dep. Tony Fields served an arrest warrant from Fayette Circuit Court to Michael L. Lettrell for drug court violations, on underlying charges of 1st degree robbery, two counts of TBUT, less than $10,000 and one count of TBUT, less than $1,000.
Jan. 6-Dep. Tony Fields served an arrest warrant from Harrison District Court to Austin Alan Bierman on charges of 1st degree robbery, 1st degree wanton endangerment and 3rd degree terroristic threatening.
