March 9: Dep. Josh Puckett worked a single: vehicle accident on US 62, five miles west of Cynthiana. Ricky L. Taylor, Foster, driving a Peterbilt tractor: trailer, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment. He said that an oncoming car with high beams on, along with heavy rain, made it difficult for him to see.
March 8: Lt. Joe Daniel worked a single: vehicle accident on Cook Pike, four miles south of Cynthiana. Fonda Eigel, driving westbound, toward Old Lair Road, said she was forced off the roadway by a red truck, that did not stop. Her vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and struck a fence, breaking three posts and several fence boards.
March 7: Dep. Michael Thomas worked a two: vehicle accident on Lakeview Drive, six miles west of Cynthiana. Jose Santos Carrizales, Salt Lick, lost several cement blocks from the bed of his pick: up truck, which were unsecured. Patricia Slade was behind the truck and was unable to avoid hitting the blocks, doing damage to her vehicle.
March 1: Dep. Tony Fields worked a two: vehicle rear: end accident on US 62, one mile west of Cynthiana. Bonnie Fisher, driving westbound, slowed to turn right into a driveway and was rear: ended by Amanda Cyrus, Georgetown, who failed to slow, or stop, in time.
March 2: Dep. Michael Thomas was dispatched to Jones Lane for an animal complaint. Cassie Bruin said that a dog belonging to Corey Ward came onto her property and was acting aggressively towards her. Animal Control Officer Allen Fryman was on the scene and took the dog to the Shropshire Animal Shelter. Dep. Thomas contacted Mr. Ward and informed him that the dog could be picked up, but that he should keep the dog restrained.
Dep. Josh Puckett, while on patrol, observed Ted Caudell walking on the sidewalk, on North Walnut Street, stumbling and almost falling down. He arrested Mr. Caudell for public intoxication.
March 8: Dep. Josh Puckett served an indictment warrant from Harrison Circuit Court to Wenifred R. Bennett for theft by unlawful taking (more than $10,000).
March 7: Dep. Tony Fields cited and arrested Amber Nicole Small for possession of a controlled substance (1st degree; methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
March 6: Dep. Josh Pucket cited Shannon R. Perez Lucas for reckless driving and disregarding a stop sign.
Dep. Josh Puckett served an indictment warrant from Harrison Circuit Court to Daniel L. Faulkner on charges of theft by failure to make require disposition of property (more than $1,000, but less than $10,000) and theft by deception (cold checks; more than $1,000, but less than $10,000.)
Lt. Joe Daniel served an indictment warrant from Harrison Circuit Court to David A. Duncan on charges of assault (1st degree), wanton endangerment (1st degree), criminal mischief (1st degree), reckless driving, speeding (26 mph, or more, over the speed limit) and driving too fast for the traffic conditions.
Lt. Joe Daniel served a criminal summons from Harrison District Court to April Cook for a violation of local nuisance code ordinances.
March 5: Dep. Tony Fields cited and arrested Arvil Hubbard on charges of criminal mischief (3rd degree) and resisting arrest.
Dep. Tony Fields served an arrest warrant from Harrison District Court to Arvil Hubbard on charges of disorderly conduct (2nd degree.)
Feb. 24: Dep. Josh Puckett cited Caden Ryan Lamb for speeding (22 mph over the limit.)
