    Case reports
    Feb. 16 -- At 8:25 p.m., Tabitha Fields, 308 Penn St., reported that Alfonzo Bowman entered her residence and assaulted Brett Haley then left the scene. Police located Bowman at his residence at 124 E. Pike St. Police seized a white substance suspected to be cocaine, pipes, plastic sandwich bags, a set of scales and nearly $1,000 in cash. Bowman was charged with second degree burglary, second degree assault, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Feb. 22 -- Shelbie N. Bruin, 26, was arrested on a Campbell County warrant.
    Feb. 22 -- Justin M. Wilson, 29, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant.
    Feb. 22 -- Nicole D. Forment, 41, was arrested on a Kenton County warrant.
    Feb. 22 -- Jerry A. Black, 33, was arrested on East Pleasant Street and charged with DUI, license to be in possession and failure to wear seat belt.
    Feb. 23 -- Pedro (Pete) Diaz, 39, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant.

    Feb. 22 -- At 6:59 p.m., a non-injury accident on Ky. 1940 four miles east of town was reported. Elsie Hunt of Ruddles Mill hit a deer.
    Feb. 23 -- At 3:38 p.m., a non-injury accident on Ky. 353 happened about 3:38 p.m. Jerry Black of Pleasant Street was behind Charles Biancke of East Pike Street when Black eased out of the intersection. Thinking he was turning, Biancke rear-ended the other vehicle.

    Case reports
    Jan. 16 -- At 11:42 a.m., Kevin D. Soard, 1225 Wornall Lane, reported that he was purchasing medicine and left his wallet on the counter at the pharmacy. When he returned the wallet was missing. Police located the wallet in the bus platform where two subjects who were in line behind Soard told police they had been. Missing from the wallet was between $45 and $50.

    Traffic Cases
    Feb. 12 -- At 5:41 a.m., a non-injury accident involving a deer happened on Ky 1940 seven miles east of the city limits. Ashley J. Rose of Ky 1940 tried to avoid striking the deer, but could not avoid it.
    Feb. 14 -- At 2:21 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Ky. 1032 about 10 miles north of Cynthiana. Daniel Felty of Falmouth, rounded a snow- and ice-covered curve, lost control and ran through a fence owned by Kenny Price.
