The jury indicted Wenifred Renee Bennett, aka Wendy Bennett, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking more than $10,000 but less than $1,000,000.

Harrison County Grand Jury heard five cases on March 5 and returned five indictments.
The jury indicted Wenifred Renee Bennett, aka Wendy Bennett, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking more than $10,000 but less than $1,000,000.
According to the indictment, she unlawfully took moveable property from the Cynthiana Wal-Mart.
One witness appeared before the jury. Bail was set at $30,000.
The jury indicted Brandy Renee Cole on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
One witness appeared before the grand jury. Bail was set at $5,000.
The jury indicted David Alan Duncan on charges of first degree criminal mischief, three counts of first degree assault, three counts of first degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit and driving too fast for traffic conditions.
According to the indictment, Duncan damaged property belonging to James Wilson causing a pecuniary loss of $1,000 or more.
One witness appeared before the jury. Bail was set at $10,000.
The jury indicted Daniel Lee Faulkner Jr on charges of theft by failure to make required disposition of property more than $1,000 but less than $10,000 and theft by deception of more than $1,000 but less than $10,000.
Two witnesses appeared before the jury. Bail was set at $5,000.
The jury indicted Tashana Gaye Frya on charges of second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and possession of stolen mail matter.
According to the indictments, she possessed a forged check in the amount of $951.75.
One witness appeared before the jury. Bail was set at $5,000.
