The Harrison County Fillies finished the 2018 fast pitch season with a win over Scott High on Sunday and a loss to Bourbon County on Monday.  The game on Sunday was dictated by the host school Pendleton County’s Tuesday graduation as well as many of the schools that were playing in the tournament still being in school this week.

The Harrison County Thorobreds dropped the finals of the 38th District on Wednesday and followed that up with an opening-round loss in the Tenth Region Tournament, Monday, to finish the season with a 17-16 record.
The District loss was probably the most disturbing as an unearned run in the bottom of the seventh gave Nicholas County a 2-1 win and the 38th District Championship for the second consecutive year.  The Bluejackets scored without a base hit in the inning.
