    Feb. 3 -- Frankie J.  Sheldon, 21, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500, shoplifting and third-degree criminal trespassing.
    Feb. 4 -- Tiffanie R. Smith, 27, was arrested on Old Lair Road and charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of controlled substance (heroin) and possession of marijuana.
