    Case reports
    Feb. 14 -- At 2:44 a.m., police were called to Shell on Pleasant Street for a possible drug transaction taking place. Arrested were Amber Fick and Laura Warth. Warth was charged with first-degree possession of heroin. Fick was charged with possession of heroin and fraudulent use of ID card or electronic code for benefits.
    Feb. 14 -- Martin A. Taylor, 113 E. Pike St., reported that checks had been written on his account for $550.

    Feb. 21 -- James A. Rankin, 46, was arrested at 214 W. Pleasant St. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and public intoxication (excluding alcohol).
    Feb. 21 -- Adam W. Fooks, 29, was arrested on a Bourbon County warrant for failure to appear.
    Feb. 22 -- Dustin Boisseau, 19, was arrested at 104 Shawnee Drive and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and custodial interference.
