    Dec. 16 -- At 12:34 a.m., Jessica Commodore, 110 Elm St., reported that her xBox, cell phone and bank card were missing from her residence when she returned from the Bourbon County Detention Center.
    Dec. 16 -- At 11:20 a.m., police were called to Hillside Apartments for a possible terroristic threatening incident. Jill Helton said she was threatened by her brother-in-law. Police advised Rick Helton to stay away from her.
