    Aug. 17--Dep. Robert Peak cited Haley S. Scott with speeding (22 mph over the limit) and failure to notify DOT of address change.

    July 22 -- At 5:38 a.m., police were dispatched to 108 Smith Ave. regarding a disturbance. Enequita Harris reported that she had a confrontation with her cousin Eric Lewis and that he had struck her in the head. She said she left her home and when she returned with police she found that someone had broken in and noticed that a downstairs bedroom had been trashed.

    July 9 -- At 8:58 p.m., police were dispatched to 144 N. Elmarch Ave. regarding a harassment complaint. Linda Pickett told police that a weekend incident had started a conflict. Pickett said her neighbor was walking around with a chain making threatening remarks about another neighbor taking his dog. According to animal control, the dog was picked up on Saturday and then released to its owner.
