    Dec. 24 -- Patricio C.  Gonzalez, 48, was arrested on U.S. 27 South and charged with DUI and no operator’s/moped license.
    Dec. 25 -- Catherine A. Gumm, 40, was arrested on two warrants from Scott County for failure to appear and probation violation for misdemeanor offense.
    Dec. 25 -- Ramon L. Morales, 43, was arrested on  North Church Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, minor injury.
