    June 2--Dep. Robert Puckett worked a single-vehicle accident on Hinton Webber Road, 15 miles northwest of Cynthiana. Keela T. Milner misjudged the entrance to Raven Creek Cemetery and struck the right-hand stone pillar at the entrance.

    SHERIFF’S REPORT
    Traffic Cases
    May 25--Dep. Robert Peak worked a single-vehicle accident on KY 32, one mile west of Cynthiana. Dakota Knipper was traveling westbound when he stated that his floor mat became lodged against his accelerator, as it was approaching another westbound vehicle. Knipper swerved to avoid rear-ending that vehicle and ran off the road striking a mailbox. The vehicle continued off the roadway through 143 feet of wire fence and wooden fence posts before coming to rest in a field.

    CYNTHIANA POLICE DEPARTMENT
    Case reports
    May 15 -- At 5:49 a.m., police were dispatched to Walmart regarding three females who were suspected of shoplifting. Police arrested Shelby Barnes on charges of theft of identity without consent and served two warrants from Scott County. One of the females got away from police and the third was cleared.
