    July 8 -- Max I Gilliam, 25, was cited and served a criminal summons for possession of marijuana.
    July 9 -- Justin L. Gentry, 35, was arrested on a Kentucky Parole Board warrant for a violation.
    July 0 -- Ryan K. Richie, 19, was arrested on three Harrison County warrants for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine) less than four grams; selling/transferring firearm to person prohibited from possession; trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of school.

    Traffic Cases
    July 3--Dep. Joe Daniel worked a single-vehicle accident on US 62, 11 miles east of Cynthiana. Ladonna Clifford, Mt. Olivet, was traveling east on US 62, on a wet roadway. She took a right curve too fast and went off the left side of the roadway, striking an embankment which caused the vehicle to roll over onto its top.

    Case reports
    June 7 -- At 12:31 a.m., Anthony B Banks, 226 S. Walnut St., police were called to an area around East Pike and South Walnut streets where a hit-and-run collision had occurred. Police talked with three witnesses who said that following the accident, a female got out of the car and walked toward Valero. Police made contact with the woman, Jessica Wilson at the entrance to Leono’s. The officer advised that he would be filing a complaint for the incident where she struck a parked vehicle.

    June 21 -- Nicole F. Alcorn, 37, was arrested on a Nelson County warrant for non-payment of court fees and fines.
    June 21 -- Brian S.  Swartz, 26, was arrested on Riverside Drive and charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and served warrants from Harrison County for criminal mischief and from Mason County for failure to appear.

    June 26--Dep. Tuan Kreer responded to Smiser Road in reference to the theft of several items from utility trucks that were parked at the end of a dead-end road. Five utility trucks, owned by Five Star Electric, Clay, Ky., had over $4,000 worth of tools and equipment stolen.
