    July 11 -- Adam R. Knipper, 33, was arrested on four Harrison County warrants for failure to appear.
    July 13 -- Hannah J. Fryman, 36, was arrested on Moy Foo Alley and charged with tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin).

    CYNTHIANA POLICE DEPARTMENT
    Case reports
    June 2 -- At 9:43 p.m., Corbett T. Hatton reported that his wallet was taken. He said he noticed the wallet missing after he was sitting at the library talking with Justin Centers. Centers told police he was holding the wallet as collateral because Hatton owed him money. Police returned the wallet to Hatton with contents intact.
    June 3 -- At 11:45 a.m., police were called regarding alleged harassment on Facebook.
