    Feb. 16 -- At 2:05 p.m., police were called to Walmart for a possible shoplifter. Police arrested Arnita Collett of Winchester on a charged of theft by unlawful taking under $500.
    Feb. 17 -- At 8:43 a.m., police were dispatched to 105 Cherokee Drive regarding property damage to a white 2001 Crown Victoria, owned by Jeff Hunter.
    Feb. 17 -- At 3:29 p.m., police were called to 104 Russ Ave. where a car battery was reportedly stolen from a porch.
