    Case reports
    March 31 -- At 9:03 a.m., William Wyatt, 104 Birchwood Drive, reported that he had over $1,000 worth of tools taken from four buildings on which he had locks. The locks had been cut and the property taken. On April 8 -- Larry Tomlin, 126 Robynwood said he had an electric air compressor taken sometime around the beginning of the month. The estimated value was $179. Mike Hanna at 136 Robynwood said his neighbor at 126 Robynwood also had items stolen from his building.

    Traffic Cases
    April 30--Dep. Robert Puckett worked a single vehicle accident on Hicks Pike, eight miles west of Cynthiana. Jennifer Parrish, Mt. Olivet, said she was reaching for something in her purse and veered off the road, into a ditch-line.
    May 3--Dep. Joe Daniel worked a single vehicle accident on KY 32, six miles west of Cynthiana. NIcolas Florence ran off the right side of the roadway, across a driveway, back onto the roadway crossing the opposing lane of traffic and struck an embankment.

    April 19--Dep. Robert Puckett worked a two-vehicle accident on US 62, four miles west of Cynthiana. Patrick Settles, Carlisle, Stephen L. Thomas were both heading westbound when Settles braked for a slowed vehicle in front of him and began sliding sideways on the wet roadway. Thomas, who was behind Settles, was unable to stop in time and collided with the side of the Settles vehicle.

    April 13 -- Elijah T. Choate, 18, was arrested on North Locust Street and charged with DUI.
    April 13 -- Lisa A. Gilbert, 56, was arrested on Harrison County warrants for first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
