Cynthiana’s largest manufacturer and the Hilltop were shut down for a little over four hours on Monday afternoon and evening.
According to Sgt. Eric Kendall of the Cynthiana Police Department, at 3:12 p.m., there were Post It® notes found in one of the restrooms indicating that there was a bomb inside the building.
