This award has been conceived by David Gragg, Clarence Ammerman, and other former or current members of the Harrison County community that wanted to memorialize Robert Wigginton’s many years of service to the 4-H youth of Harrison County.

This is based strictly on 4-H participation and experiences. Forms may be requested through the Harrison County Extension Center on New Lair Road or call 234-5510.  They are due in the Harrison County Extension Center by Monday, March 9.
