Six contestants remain in Cynthiana Idol competition

Cynthiana is on the search for this year’s new hometown idol.

The third annual Cynthiana Idol kicked off at Rohs Opera House at the beginning of the month with 15 vocal contestants, including Caylin Mattox, Evan Clifford, Lauren Shepard, Ariel Thornberry, Savannah Burton, Justin Newcomb, Jessica Curtis, Angela Curtis, Justin Northcutt, Savannah Ecklar, Paige Adair, Brittany Campbell, Brooklin Wiggins, Bailey Wiggins and Aleesha Tapp.

“The attendance has been great and all the contestants have performed extremely well,” said Rohs owner Roger Slade.
