Woodford County featured a youthful line up with four freshman starters and one junior, Peyton Rose.  The Fillies countered with a starting lineup of two eighth graders, a freshman, a sophomore and a senior.

  • What a great weekend

It was a great weekend for some parts of the Cynthiana/Harrison County sports scene.  The Harrison County cheer leaders performed their routine at half time of the Breds game versus Collins and did well with a very difficult routine.
The Gems went to Lexington and did better than ever which makes CeCe happy and thus her papaw as well.  The archers and the wrestlers did well in their contests so there was success to celebrate at the elementary, middle and high school levels.

Thursday’s Groundhog Day match-up with Madison Central had nearly every similarity from the movie of the same name except Sonny and Cher did not sing I Got You, Babe.
