  • It’s an official kind of week

Last week when Joseph Ammerman and I recorded “You Make the Call” for the Harrison County football pregame on WCYN Joseph came up with an interesting idea.  Since I have no idea how many, if any at all, listen to the show, I am going to repeat the idea with some adjustments.

We talked about a week in a high school football official’s life as far as games and preparation for the games.

The Harrison County Thorobreds continue to find the goal hard to connect with as they lost, 3-0, to Calvary Christian and 6-2 to George Rogers Clark in soccer action.

On Thursday, the long bus trip flattened the Breds as they came out slow and fell behind by three goals in the first 20 minutes of play.

The Breds recovered and played a lot better but the damage was done.
