A 21-year-old Cynthiana man is charged with the rape two separate rape incidents and has been indicted by the Harrison County grand jury.
Frazier Clark faces a six-count indictment for charges that include second-degree rape stemming from a 2015 incident where he is alleged to have sex with a less-than-14-year-old girl; a third-degree rape charge from July 2016 where the victim was less than 16 years old.
