High-speed motorcycle chase ends...

A Harrison County man has been cited for multiple charges following a Thursday night high speed motorcycle chase that ended with two police cruisers crashing.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department was kept busy with three accidents Thursday afternoon, all within about a three-hour period.
The first accident occurred about 3 p.m. when Savannah Caudill, 20, driving a 1997 Jeep Wrangler, dropped off the right side of KY 36 East at Shady Nook Pike and over corrected.
Harrison County  Sheriff Bruce Hampton said Caudill was traveling alone in the Jeep and was taken to Harrison Memorial Hospital by private vehicle.
Deputy Nathan Gasser investigated the accident.

Kentucky State Police arrested a Harrison County  man last week from a local nursing facility on sex-related charges.

According to a KSP release Thomas A. Donlon, 69, was picked up May 2 following a lengthy investigation by KPS and Lexington  Metro Police Department.

As of 11 a.m. Tuesday, a Harrison County man is fighting for his life after a Monday evening crash in Lexington.
William Chambers, 23, is listed in critical condition at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, according to hospital officials.
Chambers was involved in a motorcycle crash about 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Harrison County Superintendent of Schools Andy Dotson said Tuesday that a pre-school child was left on the school bus on the morning of Thursday, April 18 and that the personnel matter with the bus driver has been addressed.

David Moore II, 25, was indicted Tuesday on a charge of first degree criminal abuse of a child less than 12 years old.
