  • FRANKFORT FOCUS A Legislative Perspective on the Kentucky General Assembly

This week, we will come together as we have for generations to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family and friends.
Here in Kentucky, we certainly have a lot that we can be thankful for, beginning with the food we eat.  Kentucky farmers play a major role in that effort, with about 10 different commodities – from poultry and cattle to corn and soybeans – bringing in $100 million or more a year.
Americans are greatly benefiting from the gains we have made in agriculture.

  • Busy season for the Chamber of Commerce

This weekend kicks off a very busy season for the Chamber of Commerce.
This Saturday is Small Business Saturday, where everyone is encouraged to shop local at our local businesses.
It is also the beginning of the Finding Cynthia and Ana Promotion.
You may pick up your passport at any of the 28 participating Chamber businesses and begin your search for the six-inch paper dolls of Cynthia and Ana, a drawing by Herbie Moore.

Donald Trump won the election and he will be the new President for ALL of us, regardless of what those who are protesting his election might say.
