  • Nothing causes more fuss than progress

    So, I was seeking out ideas for stories to write in this week’s paper last Friday evening when I turned up Pleasant Street, which, ironically, has not been at all pleasant this week to downtown drivers.
    Not only do we have the intersection of Church and Pleasant Street shut down for some big project, but another sidewalk improvement project has shut off yet another section of this heavily used roadway.
