The Cynthiana-Berry-Harrison County Planning Commission has approved a consolidation of three lots on U.S. 27 South, owned by H.A. Jones Properties to accommodate a new business.
According to Bonnie Skinner, P&Z director, the applicant was H.A. Jones, represented by Shawn Ritchey. Skinner said the commission also approved the development plan, which included the addition of Hometown Pharmacy.
Michael Ingram, who owns Hometown Pharmacy in Georgetown, will be building a new structure on what was the used car lot at H.A. Jones.
