The Salvation Army-Harrison County Service Unit is sponsoring a Summer Camp for the youth of Harrison County, boys and girls from 7-12 years of age. The camp will take place July 1-6 at the Salvation Army KY-Tenn Division Camp Paradise Valley on Dale Hollow Lake.

The first of three 5K races is scheduled for April 20. The Earth Day 5K race will take place at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Airport. Runners are encouraged to pre-register at the Chamber office but may also register the day of the race. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. with the race starting at 9 a.m.
Jason Nicholas Davis was born to LaQuishia Talbott of Cynthiana on March 25, 2013 at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and is welcomed by his sister Kalishia Davis.
Maternal grandmother is Willetta Talbott of Cynthiana; maternal great-grandparents are the late Sue Talbott and Charles Ray Trumbo.
