    Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison and Nicholas Counties announces that its 2018-2019 Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) Plan and Budget Proposal is available for public review. The plan reflects assessment of low-income community needs and the Council’s CSBG budget for July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 as well as projected outcomes for the same period.
