    Sept. 28 – At 2:02 a.m., police were called to a disturbance on First Street. Candis Mitchell was cited for disorderly conduct.
    Sept. 28 – At 3:06 p.m., Conrad Fritz reported that he had checks stolen from his home and that they had been written for $1,131.44 at Walmart. Warrants were issued for Chelsey Durbin and Shawn Whisman.
    Sept. 30 – At 8:35 a.m., Daryl J. Lail reported that a trailer was stolen from his yard at 27 Raintree Drive.

    Sept. 26 – At 3:02 a.m., an injury accident was reported on US 27 North. Justin Fisher was traveling on US 27 and exited the roadway and hit two plank fences and a gate.

    Sept. 30 -- Kevin S. Jackson, 30, was issued a warning on Pleasant Street for disregarding a stop sign.
    Sept. 30 -- Robert D. Fryman Jr., 27, was arrested on U.S. 27 North on a warrant for receiving stolen property under $10,000.
    Sept. 30 -- Richard T. Feeback, 27, was cited on Pleasant Street at River Road for improper start and no/expired other state registration plate/receipt.
    Oct. 1 -- Stephanie C. Keene, 25, was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with DUI.

    Sept. 15 – At 4:04 p.m., Sharon Prather reported that she was being harassed.
    Sept. 16 – At 12:33 a.m., police were called to a possible suicide attempt. The subject declined assistance and told police that he was not going to kill himself.
    Sept. 16 – At 12:47 a.m., Sara Fryman reported that an individual broke the window out of her vehicle and hit her with a rock. He took her keys and ran away. She is going to the county attorney to file a complaint.

    The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.
    Sept. 28 – At 11:20 a.m., an injury accident occurred on Stratton Rd. Mandy Ballard was driving on Stratton Road and skid off the road and struck the end portion of a guardrail. Ballard and her daughter were both air lifted to UK hospital for their injuries.
