    Dec. 17 -- Tim L. Sandlin, 26, was arrested on U.S. 27 at Pendleton County on a warrant for contempt of court.
    Dec. 18 -- Jeffrey W. Watts, 44, was arrested on Oddville Avenue and charged with failure to notify DOT of address change, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, possession of license when privilege is revoked or suspended.
    Dec. 19 -- Amanda R. Sparks, 27, was issued a warning on Oxley Drive for no or expired registration plates.
    Dec. 19 -- William K. Smiley, 45, was cited on U.S. 27 North for speeding.

    Case Reports
    Dec. 12 – At 2 a.m., William Kearns reported that someone had broken into his house and taken three handguns and $4,600 in cash from his safe. Video surveillance was in place at the home, but the VHS had been taken as well.
    Dec. 1 – At 5:35 p.m., Michael Ritchey reported that someone had gained entry to his house through a door that was left unlocked and took a pink laptop computer, a nail gun and various other office equipment.
    Dec. 12 – At 4:09 a.m., David Mattox reported that he had been assaulted by three individuals.

    Dec. 2 – At 3:31 p.m., Amanda Gallagher reported that her purse was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at Clifton Village.
    Dec. 2 – At 9:36 a.m., police investigated a domestic disturbance at Hillside Drive.
    Dec. 2 – At 11 a.m., police were called regarding a possible case of domestic violence on Delta Court.
    Dec. 2 – At 1:59 p.m., Mary Norbom, Battle Grove Avenue, reported that someone had taken a copper tub from her front porch.

    Accident Reports
    Dec. 6 – 8 p.m., an injury accident occurred when Jeffrey Justice, 37, was traveling on Rocky Springs and ran off the road hitting a pole.
    Dec. 5 – A non-injury accident occurred on Licking Valley Road when Raegan Oaks slid on the slick road and struck a parked vehicle.
    Dec. 3 – Annette Harney was traveling on US 62 and hit a deer.
    Dec. 4 – 12:10 p.m. A non-injury accident occurred on US 62 when Kenneth Byler struck the rear of Adam Hill.

    Nov. 23 – 7:45 a.m. A non-injury accident occurred when Janene Barry, 47, overcorrected, ran off the road and drove through a fence and struck a pole.

    Nov. 12 – At 7:16 p.m., the parent of a Harrison County High School student reported that his daughter was inappropriately touched by another student while on a school trip.
    Nov. 14 – At 10:55 a.m., police were called to Speedway where a counterfeit $10 bill was reported.
    Nov. 15 – At 7:36 a.m., Travis Philpot, Fourth Street, reported that  someone broke into his vehicle and removed a black Jennings radio with blue knobs.
