    Traffic Cases
    The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.
    Jan. 20 – At 5:59 a.m., an injury accident was reported on US 27. Kerrie Alvarez was traveling south when she lost control of her vehicle and slammed into a mailbox.
    Jan. 21 – At 7:44 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported. Jessica Slade was driving on Ky 392 when she attempted to miss a deer and drove into an embankment.

  • Cynthiana Police Department

    Case reports
    Jan. 16 – At 1:55 p.m., Ptl. Mike Kiskaden was serving a warrant on Joshua W. Fryman, when he saw Fryman throw something. It was determined that it was cell phone and that the phone had allegedly been stolen. Fryman was charged with receiving stolen property and tampering with physical evidence.

    Jan. 15 – At 7:04 p.m., an injury accident occurred on Ky 392 when Andrew Doyle lost control of his vehicle and ran into a guardrail and overturned.
    Jan. 14 – At 9:18 a.m., a non injury accident was reported on Ky 1032 when Susan Cornett lost control of her vehicle and spun off the road and traveled down the hill backwards.

    Case reports
    Jan. 3 – At 5 p.m., Amber Florence reported that she had been a victim of identity theft.
    Jan. 5 – At 10:23 a.m., Tony Worrell, Cynthiana, reported that he was advised that several credit cards have been opened in his name without his consent.
    Jan. 6 – At 11:48 a.m., Richard Williams reported that someone took at guitar and case from the backseat of his vehicle while it was parked in the Walmart parking lot.
