    July 24 – At 6:29 p.m., Debbie Eubanks reported that someone took a bag of her son’s clothes while they were locked in her vehicle, which was parked at Walmart.

    July 25 – At 5:31 a.m., Kevin Henry, Walnut Street, reported that someone broke the windshield in his vehicle and ran a key down the paint.

    July 25 – At 9:45 p.m., a beige sport utility vehicle pulled into the Bridge Street BP and the driver pumped $30.06 worth of gasoline and drove off without paying.

    Case reports

    July 15 – At 8:36 p.m., Frank Henson reported that someone had broken into his home on Bridge Street and removed jewelry.

    July 17 – At 7:16 p.m., police received information regarding a man who was allegedly coming to Cynthiana, armed with a firearm, to harm his estranged wife’s friend. Police stopped the man and confiscated a rifle and ammunition. No charges were filed.
