    Case reports
    Aug. 12 – At 8:30 a.m., Roger Brill of Steel Trailer on Abdallah/Waterworks Road, reported the theft of about $425 worth of steel from his property. Brandon Pennington was located at Randy’s Recycling attempting to sell property that had allegedly come from Steel Trailer. Pennington was  arrested and charged with receiving stolen property under $500 and theft by unlawful taking.

    Aug. 21 – At 6:28 p.m., an injury accident was reported on KY 356. Jolyn England was attempting to pull onto KY 356 from Kings Lane and in doing so pulled into an oncoming vehicle driven by Penelope Allen.
