    Case reports

    June 5 --At 2 p.m., Jody Sizemore of Family Dollar Store called regarding a possible shoplifter. Police charged Misty L. Turner with theft by unlawful taking. She had allegedly put $31 worth of merchandise in her purse.

    June 6 -- At 2:03 p.m., police were called to Walmart where a man allegedly took a home theater system to the customer service for return after he went to electronic and loaded it in his cart. Jeffery L. Tucker was charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
