    Case reports
    April 16 -- At 7:53 a.m., John Burge reported that he left his Toyota truck parked at Harrison Square overnight and when he returned the next morning, the passenger’s window had been knocked out.
    April 16 -- At 12:45 p.m., Brandon Stephens and Connie Hibbard reported that the tires on their vehicles were damaged while parked on Plum Court.
    April 16 -- At 8:59 p.m., Jackie Parks of Dollar General Store reported that a man came into the store and was acting strangely.
