    Case reports
    Nov. 17 -- At 11:58 p.m., police were called to 121 Vine St. where Kelsey Sumner and Cody Baker reported that a screen to one of the Windows had been pried open. They told police it appeared nothing had been taken from the residence.
    Nov. 18 -- At 1:34 p.m., police arrested Michael Manley following an investigation into a possible prostitution ring operating in Cynthiana. Manley was arrested at Flat Run Veterans Park and charged with prostitution.

    Dec. 15--Dep. Joe Daniel arrested James R. Hope on a charge of terroristic threatening, third degree. Lewis Mastin, Hope’s step-father, said that Hope threatened to kill him.
    Dec. 16--Dep. Joe Daniel served arrest warrants from Bourbon District Court to Tyrell Dumphord for non-payment of fines, failure to appear and a parole violation warrant.
