    Accidents
    Sept. 25 - At 9:39 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on U.S. 62 West eight miles west of Cynthiana. Terri L. Yearsley of Dennis Lane was heading west when she struck a deer.
    Sept. 26 -- At 5:25 a.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Ky. 1054 South six miles west of Cynthiana. Victoria M. Marcom of Hillside Drive was traveling east when she lost control of the vehicle in a curve, went down an embankment and through a fence and posts.

    Case reports
    Sept. 14 -- At 11:32 a.m., Elizabeth Villafuerte, Berry, reported that the rear window of her mother’s 1996 Ford Taurus was broken out sometime overnight. The vehicle was parked off-street at 317 W. Penn St. Villafuerte told police she noticed the damage when she was leaving for work.
    Sept. 15 -- At 3:12 p.m., police were called to 112 Shawnee Drive where Virginia Sullivan reported that her cell phone had been missing for two months and that David Burden had the phone. Police returned the phone to Sullivan.

    Sept. 6 -- Chad W. Martin, 30, was cited on White Oak Pike for vehicle a nuisance (noisy, etc.), disregarding stop sign and failure to produce insurance card.
    Sept. 7 -- Ethan K. Spears, 24, was arrested on U.S. 27 South and charged with alcohol intoxication.
    Sept. 8 -- Amy M. Callahan, 31, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant.

    ACCIDENTS
    Sept. 1 -- At 10:42 a.m. an injury accident occurred on U.S. 62 West, 2.3 miles west of Cynthiana. Keith C. Florence of Lexington was traveling east on U.S. 62 when he tried to overtake a box truck, upon seeing an oncoming vehicle, Florence went to turn back into his lane. He reported that at that time, his vehicle lost steering, and his vehicle left the roadway, traveled down a ditch line, struck a culvert wall and overturned.

    Aug. 17 -- At 3:29 p.m., police were called to 102 S. Poplar St., where a female had apparently overdosed. Once EMTs administered Narcan the subject regained consciousness and refused medical attention at the hospital.
    Aug. 26 -- At 4:54 p.m., Regina Fogle, Nunnelley Road, reported that her son, Steven, used her checking account without her permission to make small purchases at Walmart and then get cash back.
