    Case reports
    Nov. 8 -- At 2:06 p.m., police and sheriff’s deputies followed a vehicle to Walmart driven by a Randy Mullins whom they knew had an outstanding warrant. Mullins exited the vehicle at Walmart and ran through the parking lot and across the highway behind Don Senor. Mullins was taken into custody in the field behind Cherokee Drive.
    Nov. 10 -- At 10 p.m., Kayla Evans reported that her vehicle, a 2006 Nissan, was struck by a silver Dodge pickup truck, driven by Timothy French, which left the scene.

    Nov. 28 -- Karen L. Myers, 41, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear from Harrison and Scott counties. She was also served two criminal summonses for Harrison County for theft by unlawful taking under $500.
    Nov. 29 -- Kyler L. Snapp, 19, was arrested on Old Lair Road and charged with possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and person 18-20 possession/purchase or having another purchase alcohol.
