    Feb. 1 – At 6 p.m., Dustin Moorhead, Millcrest Court, reported that his daughter had not been returned per court-ordered visitation.

    The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

    Feb. 9 – At 9:44 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Grays Run Pike three miles from town. Caitlin Thomason lost control and struck an earth embankment.
    Feb. 3 – At 10:32 p.m., an injury accident was reported on KY 36 seven miles from town. Kayla Singer rounded a curve causing her to leave the roadway and striking a tree before coming to a rest.

    Jan. 25 -- Raymond T. Motell, 17, was served a warning on Riverside Drive for improper start from a parked position.
    Jan. 25 -- Nathaniel B. Tanner, 19, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Walmart and charged with harassment (physical contact, no injury) and second degree disorderly conduct.
    Jan. 26 -- Whitnie M. Snipes, 20,  was issued a warning on U.S. 27 North for speeding.
    Jan. 26 -- Andrew Cox, 32, was arrested on Miller Street at Shady Lawn and charged with menacing, second degree disorderly conduct.

    The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

    Feb. 1 – At 2:30 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Junction Pike eight miles from town. James Ritchie lost control of his vehicle causing him to run through a fence.
    Feb. 2 – At 12:39 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36 three miles from town. John McCauley slid on some ice causing him to strike a stop sign.

    Jan. 29 – At 1:37 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Wornall Lane two miles from town. Samantha Whalen rounded a curve and dropped off the side of the road causing her to strike a utility pole.

    Case reports
    Jan. 19 – At 4:06 p.m., Seth Smith of Walmart loss prevention, reported that Summer Ward was on the property and had been trespassed from the store in May. During her arrest, she was also found to be in possession of six packets of Suboxone. She was arrested and charged with third degree criminal trespass and possession of controlled substance second degree.

    Jan. 3 – At 1:35 p.m., a juvenile reported that she has been the victim of name calling and threats made by another student at Harrison County Middle School.
    Jan. 6 – At 6:44 a.m., a Walnut Street woman reported that she was being held against her will and that she was being assaulted.
    Jan. 6 – At 9:05 a.m., a juvenile reported that he had three bicycles taken from the porch at his Springdale residence. The bicycles were located and three juvenile complaints are being sought through the Court Designated Worker.

    Jan. 19 – At 11:24 a.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36 three miles from town. Jacob Denton was rounding a curve when he hit a ditch causing him to strike a tree before coming to a rest.
    Jan. 20 – At 6:20 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36 three miles from town. Kelly Brooks was forced into a ditch by another vehicle causing her to hit an earth embankment.
