    Arrests, citations, warnings
    Dec. 10 -- Mark A. Crawford, 48, was arrested at 115 Elm St. and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence and first-degree wanton endangerment.
    Dec. 10 -- David A. Cole, 37, was arrested on East Pleasant Street and charged with DUI.
    Dec. 11 -- Billy J. Clem, 32, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant.
    Dec. 11 -- Cody K. Georles, 28, was cited on U.S. 27 South for speeding 10 mph over the  limit and failure to produce insurance card.

    Accidents
    Dec. 19--Dep. Robert Puckett worked a two-vehicle accident at 138 Highland Ave. Naomi Stoner was traveling on Highland Avenue and swerved to avoid an animal in the road. She then struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle owned by Billy Blackburn.
    Dec. 19--Dep. Matt Royse worked a one-vehicle accident on US 62, seven miles west of Cynthiana. Toby Perkins was unable to avoid striking a deer in the roadway.

    CYNTHIANA POLICE DEPARTMENT
    Case reports
    Nov. 17 -- At 11:58 p.m., police were called to 121 Vine St. where Kelsey Sumner and Cody Baker reported that a screen to one of the Windows had been pried open. They told police it appeared nothing had been taken from the residence.
    Nov. 18 -- At 1:34 p.m., police arrested Michael Manley following an investigation into a possible prostitution ring operating in Cynthiana. Manley was arrested at Flat Run Veterans Park and charged with prostitution.

    Dec. 15--Dep. Joe Daniel arrested James R. Hope on a charge of terroristic threatening, third degree. Lewis Mastin, Hope’s step-father, said that Hope threatened to kill him.
    Dec. 16--Dep. Joe Daniel served arrest warrants from Bourbon District Court to Tyrell Dumphord for non-payment of fines, failure to appear and a parole violation warrant.
