    The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

    Feb. 16 – At 5:44 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on US 62 three miles from town. James Walker said strong winds caused a mattress and box springs to blow out of his vehicle causing it to hit the windshield of a vehicle driven by Mark Doyle.

    Arrests, citations, warnings
    Feb. 15 -- Tammy Covington, 34, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
    Feb. 15 -- Shawn Whisman, 25, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Save-a-Lot and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
    Feb. 18 -- Matthew Edmonson, 24, was cited on East Bridge Street for failure to wear seat belt.
    Feb. 18 -- Jeffrey Mosley, 23, was arrested on Russ Avenue and charged with fourth degree assault, domestic violence.

    The following information from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office indicates drivers and/or owners whose vehicles were involved in accidents.

    Feb. 9 – At 9:44 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Grays Run Pike three miles from town. Caitlin Thomason lost control and struck an earth embankment.
    Feb. 3 – At 10:32 p.m., an injury accident was reported on KY 36 seven miles from town. Kayla Singer rounded a curve causing her to leave the roadway and striking a tree before coming to a rest.

    Jan. 25 -- Raymond T. Motell, 17, was served a warning on Riverside Drive for improper start from a parked position.
    Jan. 25 -- Nathaniel B. Tanner, 19, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Walmart and charged with harassment (physical contact, no injury) and second degree disorderly conduct.
    Jan. 26 -- Whitnie M. Snipes, 20,  was issued a warning on U.S. 27 North for speeding.
    Jan. 26 -- Andrew Cox, 32, was arrested on Miller Street at Shady Lawn and charged with menacing, second degree disorderly conduct.

    Feb. 1 – At 2:30 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on Junction Pike eight miles from town. James Ritchie lost control of his vehicle causing him to run through a fence.
    Feb. 2 – At 12:39 p.m., a non-injury accident was reported on KY 36 three miles from town. John McCauley slid on some ice causing him to strike a stop sign.
