    Traffic Cases
    Sept. 9 -- At 1:49 p.m. a non-injury accident occurred on U.S. 27 less than a mile from the city limits. Cameron Shannon was traveling south on U.S. 27 North when she slowed down to turn left into the Harrison Vet Clinic. Pamela Hopkins of Plainview Lane, traveling behind her, could not stop in time and struck the car in the rear.

    Citations, Arrests, Warnings
    Sept. 6 -- Alyssa Bryant, 22, was arrested on Louis Stout Way for disorderly conduct-second degree and harassment (physical contact/no injury).
    Sept. 6 -- Rickey G. Ecklar, 31, was arrested for alcohol intoxication on North Poplar Street and was also issued a citation for failure to notify address change.
    Sept. 6 -- William J. Riggle, 54, was issued a citation for careless driving while traveling Safety Way.

    Case reports
    Aug. 4 -- At 12:46 p.m., Amit Vasudeva of Bridge Street Valero reported that Adam Knipper was caught on video taking two bags of Kentucky Best Tobacco and two packs of Little Debbie Donuts and leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
    Aug. 7 -- At 10:31 a.m. Elizabeth Nace reported that she was harassed by Briana Beagle at the Shell Apple Market.
    Aug. 7 -- At 1:39 p.m., Swanda M. Williams, 116 Marshall Ave., reported that her wallet was missing from her residence.

    Traffic Cases
    Sept. 1 -- At 1:14 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Hendricks Lane approximately 3.6 miles from downtown. Diane Garland of Lucy Lane was traveling west on Ky. 36 when she slowed to make a turn onto Hendrick’s Lane. Behind her, Gary Mastin realized too late that she was slowing and swerved to the left to avoid a collision. Garland turned left in from of Mastin and they made contact.

    Traffic Cases
    Aug. 22 -- At 1:55 p.m., an injury accident occurred on Ky. 1284 West about 14 miles north of the city limits. Ronny Borasch was traveling west when he saw an animal in the roadway and swerved to avoid it. The car left the road and eventually struck a tree. Both driver and passenger were transported to Harrison Memorial for treatment of injuries.
    Aug. 24 -- At 6:30 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Connersville-Twin Creek Road about seven miles west of town. Dustin Hardin backed into a parked car owned by Tyler Hardin.
