    Aug. 7 -- At 4:56 p.m., Amit Vasudeva of Valero reported that an unknown man and woman took an Ale-8 and a Danish without paying for the merchandise.
    Aug. 8 -- At 5:34 p.m., Richard Tolliver reported that  he bought an iPhone 5 from Kenneth Collins and when he tried to activate it, he found that it had been reported lost or stolen. Collins told police that he found the phone in one of his brother’s rental properties and that he would refund Tolliver’s money.
