    Sept. 13 -- Clifford A. Culton, 28, was cited on Walnut at Pleasant Street for failure to illuminate head lights and failure to produce insurance card.
    Sept. 14 -- Brandon S. Newton, 28, was cited on Springdale Avenue for license to be in possession and failure to wear seat belt.
    Sept. 14 -- Jesse  D. Swinford, 18, was arrested on U.S. 62 West and charged with leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid, license to be in possession, failure to produce insurance card, DUI, second degree wanton endangerment.

    Traffic Cases
    Sept. 9 -- At 1:49 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on U.S. 27 North less than a mile from the city limits. Cameron Shannon of Ky. 1744 was preparing to turn left into the Harrison Veterinarian Clinic. Pamela Hopkins of Plainview Lane, driving behind Shannon, collided with the rear end of the car.
    Sept. 10 -- At 5:55 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on New Lair Road about one mile south of the city limits. Corey Nichols of Second Street was parked to work in a tobacco field. When he returned, he found that someone had damaged his car.

Cameron Shannon was traveling south on U.S. 27 North when she slowed down to turn left into the Harrison Vet Clinic. Pamela Hopkins of Plainview Lane, traveling behind her, could not stop in time and struck the car in the rear.

    Sept. 6 -- Alyssa Bryant, 22, was arrested on Louis Stout Way for disorderly conduct-second degree and harassment (physical contact/no injury).
    Sept. 6 -- Rickey G. Ecklar, 31, was arrested for alcohol intoxication on North Poplar Street and was also issued a citation for failure to notify address change.
    Sept. 6 -- William J. Riggle, 54, was issued a citation for careless driving while traveling Safety Way.

    Case reports
    Aug. 4 -- At 12:46 p.m., Amit Vasudeva of Bridge Street Valero reported that Adam Knipper was caught on video taking two bags of Kentucky Best Tobacco and two packs of Little Debbie Donuts and leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
    Aug. 7 -- At 10:31 a.m. Elizabeth Nace reported that she was harassed by Briana Beagle at the Shell Apple Market.
    Aug. 7 -- At 1:39 p.m., Swanda M. Williams, 116 Marshall Ave., reported that her wallet was missing from her residence.

    Traffic Cases
    Sept. 1 -- At 1:14 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Hendricks Lane approximately 3.6 miles from downtown. Diane Garland of Lucy Lane was traveling west on Ky. 36 when she slowed to make a turn onto Hendrick’s Lane. Behind her, Gary Mastin realized too late that she was slowing and swerved to the left to avoid a collision. Garland turned left in from of Mastin and they made contact.
