    June 3--Dep. Nathan Gasser served a criminal summons for Harrison District Court to  Robert Pierce Jr. for  violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and harassment with physical contact and no injury.
    June 16--Dep. Robert Peak cited Kennah L. Noble with failure to wear seat belts for the driver and two passengers.

    May 19 -- At 2:43 p.m., police were called to Family Dollar Store for an alleged shoplifting suspect.
    May 19 -- At 10:21 p.m., Christy Nickerson, 211 S Main St., alleged that Elizabeth Nace did something to the tires on Nickerson’s vehicle. After Nace left the area, Nickerson said she checked her tires and they were flat.
