    May 6 -- At 8:12 p.m., police were called to the Cynthiana House Authority where Elizabeth Barron, who had previously been trespassed from property, was sitting on the steps. During her arrest for criminal trespass, Barron allegedly presented a bag of green, leafy substance that she told police was marijuana. In addition to the third-degree criminal trespass charge, Barron was also charged with possession of marijuana.

    May 7--Dep Tuan Kreer arrested MIchael Sullivan on a warrant from the State of Indiana as a fugitive from another state. Sullivan failed to appear in Indiana courts on a charge of torturing or mutilating an animal/cruelty to animals. Indiana is requesting full extradition and is asking that Sullivan be held until extradition is granted.

    April 19 -- At 5:38 p.m., Ptl. Michael Coppage was dispatched to Second and Pleasant streets where a mini-bike was reportedly being driven on the street. The driver allegedly attempted to flee from police and wrecked the bike at West Pleasant and Second streets. He ran from the scene and was located in an out-building at 106 Second St. Police arrested Diavon S. Mack, Louisville, charging him with second-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle) and disregarding stop sign.

    May 5--Dep. Robert Peak executed a bench warrant from Harrison Circuit Court for the arrest of Leon Commodore on an indictment from the grand jury for three counts of second degree rape (no force). The defendant turned himself in at the sheriff’s office.
    May 5--Dep. Nathan Gasser arrested Josh Taulbee for violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
    May 5--Dep. Nathan Olin served a criminal summons from Scott County Circuit Court to Daniel Dye for flagrant non-support.
