    March 14 -- Jacqueline C. Stone, 25, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant.
    March 14 -- Keith O. Lewis, 53, was arrested on U.S. 27 South and charged with DUI 2nd with aggravated circumstances and careless driving.
    March 15 -- Kevin L. Harman, 34, was arrested at 104 Hinkston Ave. and charged with third degree terroristic threatening, menacing, second degree disorderly conduct and fourth degree assault, domestic violence, no visible injury.
    March 16 -- Brent D. Lewis, 24, was arrested on a Harrison County warrant.

    Traffic Cases
    March 4 – At 9:30 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Ky 1032 East about 10 miles from Cynthiana. Daniel Perkins of Ky. 1054 North, was rounding an ice- and snow-covered curve and left the roadway. He hit a treeline and embankment.
    March 5 – At 5:06 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on US 62 East over eight miles from downtown. Travis Philpot of Cladorbon Drive lost control while exiting a curve, hit a parked car owned by Reginald Verax of Williamstown and struck a guardrail.

    Traffic Cases
    Feb. 14 -- At 2:21 p.m., a non-injury accident on Ky. 1032 10 miles north of Cynthiana wound up destroying a section of farm fence. Daniel Felty of Falmouth was rounding an ice- and snow-covered curve, lost control, and went through a section of farm fence.
    Feb. 21 -- At 5:03 a.m., a non-injury accident occurred on Ky. 1054 South about five miles west of the city limits. Michael Corns of Second Street in Berry lost control on snow and ice slush and slid into a guardrail. The front end was smashed enough to render the vehicle inoperable.

    Case reports
    Feb. 16 -- At 8:25 p.m., Tabitha Fields, 308 Penn St., reported that Alfonzo Bowman entered her residence and assaulted Brett Haley then left the scene. Police located Bowman at his residence at 124 E. Pike St. Police seized a white substance suspected to be cocaine, pipes, plastic sandwich bags, a set of scales and nearly $1,000 in cash. Bowman was charged with second degree burglary, second degree assault, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
