    April 6--Police were called to Walmart for a shop-lifting charge. The accused subject was seen on video taking a battery back to the service desk and exchanging it for two cell phone cases of equal value.

    April 19 -- Billy G. Combs, 57, was arrested at 208 Fifth St. and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree disorderly conduct.
