    Case reports
    Feb. 7 -- At 1:14 p.m., Cindy Clark reported that a family member had been using her debit card account to pay bills for over a year. She said she permitted Lisa O’Brien, her niece, to use the card in the past and she suspects she had her accounts with Columbia Gas and her satellite television provider to make automatic withdrawals. Clark did not want to pursue criminal charges at the time and the woman agreed to pay back the nearly $3,000.

    Feb. 4 -- At 1:31 p.m., Steve Conley reported that Wesley Ledford was evicted from the Harrison House and allegedly threatened to burn down the building.

    Traffic Cases
    Feb. 9 -- At 11:56 p.m., a non-injury accident occurred on US 62 west one mile outside the city limits. Leslie Williams was traveling east of US 62 west behind a vehicle driven by Whitney Williamson. Williamson lost control of her vehicle on a snow-covered patch of road. When Williams tried to pass, they collided.
