    July 11 -- At 12:55 p.m., Larry Nichols, owner of 105 and 107 Smith Ave., reported that he has been working on the properties. On July 5, he discovered that a weed trimmer and saw were missing from 107 Smith. The following day, he discovered a heater missing from 105 Smith. On July 11, Nichols was told that Tony Cadle had taken the property. The heater matching the description was found at Randy’s and Cadle was there also. However, when asked about the heater, Cadle reportedly left the scene.
