    Case reports
    Oct. 1 -- At 1:19 p.m., Angela McKinney, 111 W. Pleasant St., reported that Charles Tucker walked passed her house and kicked her puppy that was on a leach in the yard. Neighbors confirmed McKinney’s statement. The dog was taken to the veterinarian for treatment. At the time of the report the condition of the puppy was unknown.
    Oct. 3 -- At 11:36 p.m., police were called to 206 W. Penn St. by Stanford Kiskaden Jr. who reported that $120 was taken from his pillowcase in his bedroom.

    Sept. 13 -- At 10:09 a.m., police were called to Harrison County High School where a juvenile student was found in possession of marijuana.

    Sept. 13 -- At 10:38 a.m., police were advised of a 14-year-old male being harassed via text messages. The woman who was texting and calling the juvenile was advised to have no further contact with the boy.
